It is an honor to be able to take honors courses!  Honors classes stand out from other classes.  All classes at Longwood University are successful in developing and challenging students, however, honors courses allow students to be challenged in a different way.  The professors guide students to more complex and abstract thinking.  As a result, class discussion often bloom with new ideas, challenging perspectives, and fruitful analysis of a certain topic.
