Longwood Seminar was a course required for all students to take to acquaint them to life at Longwood. In this course, you must attend New Lancer Days and class once a week. LSEMs are divided by majors; however, honors students are required to take a separate honors section of the course. Throughout our class we learned and wrote about various aspects of Longwood life. In the honors section, we learned the importance of the three Honors College pillars: Service, Community, and Scholarship. Attached is my Outreach Essay.
