To satisfy Goal 5, I took Math 121 which is Functions and Graphs. In this class, my professor tried to relate every thing we did to real life. This totally changed my view of Math. My professor really tried to emphasize the practicality of Mathematics. In doing so, our final project was to give financial advice to a friend. Attached is my partner’s and my project. We wrote a letter that is full of not only financial advice, but we also added some advice we learned from Professor Wears as well.
