Phed 101- Goal 11

I was not looking forward to taking this class at all. In high school, I absolutely hated PE. I have never been a very athletic person, so I always dread mandated sports or exercise. But this class wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. I liked how we only met as a class once a week. It actually helped me get more exercise because I knew I had to get 10,000 steps a day. This class overall was not challenging, it was just an extra class with some extra work.

 

Below is a mindless eating powerpoint from when we were assigned to do a mini research experiment. This experiment was really interesting to me because it allowed me to see just how much food students consumed daily.
