I joined Hispanic Latino Association the fall of my freshman year. During my time in HLA, I have held the positions of vice president and secretary of state. I have assisted with Oktoberfest ’17, the DACA protest, buying supplies for the people of Puerto Rico, Spring Weekend ’18, Pride Fest ’18, and our first annual Baile de Las Rosas during my time. As a part of the exec on HLA, I plan on helping with rewriting the constitution, working closely with SDIC, and helping HLA grow bigger and better.
