Goal 11: Physical Activity (PHED 101)
This class allowed me to reflect on my health and fitness while attending college. We attended gym periods where we practiced specific exercises. While we generally focused on fitness, we also learned about nutrition and stress. I discovered that nutrititious foods do not have to be compromised for a college diet, and that my stress could be lowered through means as simple as peer interaction. Overall, I learned that my personal health and fitness should be a higher priority in my life.
