I took this pillar in the spring 2019 term. I had the option between taking either a 100 level language course or the one that I did, Political Science 200: Global Politics. This was probably one of the most interesting classes I’ve ever taken, albeit one of the hardest. We talked about the governments of many different countries, and how the history of these countries has influenced how that government operates today. The paper that is attached was part of my final exam for that class, we had to write a paper on gender inequality in the Middle East and Africa.
