Adaptive Sports and Recreation

Adaptive Sports and Recreation is a specialized initiative designed to provide individuals with physical disabilities the opportunity to engage in a variety of modified sports and recreational activities. The program focuses on inclusivity, ensuring that participants of all abilities can enjoy the benefits of physical activity. Activities may include wheelchair basketball, adaptive swimming, and other tailored sports. Sessions are typically held twice weekly, with each session lasting about 1.5 to 2 hours. The program is ongoing, allowing participants to join at any time, fostering continuous engagement and progression.
