This assignment has changed my views on being an effective leader in the community. I have gained a lot of insights on myself and what type of leadership skills that I have and the type of leader that I want to become. My leadership journey is far from over, but I now have more skills to incorporate into my career as a social worker. This class has provided a lot of skills and intelligence into being an effective leader. The leadership class has changed my personality, my emotional intelligence, and my leadership beliefs and as a result I will be walking away with knowing that I have learned a lot about myself throughout the class.
