According to the table, for everyone unit increase in happiness, there is a 0.508 unit increase in the confidence in one’s self for online classes. The dependent variable was recoded as confidence in one’s self in succeeded in online classes and the independent variable was recoded into happiness level this semester. This finding is at the .001 level meaning it is very significant. This regression model explains that 23.5% of the variation in confidence in ones self-succeeding in online classes. The variables used were how happy a student was during this semester and ones self confidence in themselves succeeding in online classes.
