In the Fall of 2020, I was excited to take my first semester of college and most excited to see what new things I would learn pertinent to the Biology major. As my only Biology course of that semester, I spent much of my spare time studying the concepts for this course extensively simply out of entertainment. The structure of the course provided a smooth transition from AP Biology curriculum into collegiate level biology studies. Although we were supposed to also attend a research day, we were unfortunately faced with cancellations due to the pandemic.
As an example of coursework, I have embedded a practice Results section from the second semester experiment we ran. Ultimately, my results section was heavily influenced by the new knowledge I was gaining in other classes as well, such as my introductory statistics classes and feedback from similar assignments in other science courses like introductory chemistry.
