Termination

•  You can only be terminated after citation has been issued
• Citations may only be issued after violations of policy were observed
  • Violations include:
    1. Attendance
    2. Failure to comply with policies
    3. Repeated dress violation
    4. Crimes committed on Sunrise property

Promotion

There are many opportunities to be promoted in your position at Sunrise Rec to a manager, section leader, etc. 

• Experience and at least 6 months in job
• High performance level in recent reviewed skills 
• Skillset and mindset that matches the minimum requirements of the new role
• Pay increase
• New job responsibilities
• All promotion opportunities  will be executed and communicated between employee and manager
