Club Sports

The Sports Club program is designed to allow students to be a part of a high competitive, traveling team. This a long-term team, that require tryouts to join. Here are a list of the sports we offer:

Intramural Sports

Intramural sports are short-term tournament play games that allow for a fun and competitive sports environment. We control our Intramural sports through IMLeagues where Men, Women and Co-recreation sports are offered, which includes: 

  • Basketball (5v5 and 3v3)
  • Volleyball 
  • Flag Football 
  • Dodgeball 
  • Softball 
  • Badminton
  • Cornhole

Outdoor Recreation

Our Outdoor Club is a student run entity that is centered around outdoor recreation and activities. The recreation center will provide the members with the planning, training, access, and equipment needed for the following activities we provide: 

  • Ultimate frisbee
  • Hiking
  • Canoe/Kayak 
  • Horseback riding
  • Renting a bike
  • Camping/ Alternative breaks
  • Team building activities

Group Classes

Our recreation center offers a wide variety of group fitness classes that will meet the needs of all our students. Classes are free to all students and members. Here are a list of the group fitness classes we offer: 

  • Spin (Monday and Friday at 7am)
  • Bootcamp (Monday and Wednesday at 4pm)
  • Yoga (Tuesday at 7 a.m. and Friday at 4pm)
  • Pilates (Thursday at 4pm)
  • HIIT (Monday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.) 
  • Ultimate core (Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.)

Personal Training

Personal Training will also be provided by our facility, upon request. We have 4 personal trainers on staff, that work with client in meeting their needs and goals as desired.
