Before Covid-19
- Created daily lesson plans for core subjects.
- Demonstrated professional work ethic with core subject coaches and administration.
- Created a sense of safety for the students in my classroom.
- Monitored student data in order to drive daily instruction for core subjects.
- Participated in professional development meetings with grade level, administration, and core subject teachers.
- Lead parent-teacher conferences in order to give feedback to parents pertaining to their student’s learning.
- Created inquiry-based lessons for students to make authentic discoveries.
Post Covid-19
- Participated in staff and grade level meetings.
- Researched equitable ways to teach students with and without technology.
- Created online lesson plans for students for each core subject for one hour per week.
- Maintained contact with students and parents to communicate changes and student progress.
- Investigated FERPA guidelines for online learning.
- Lead weekly student meetings to give students an opportunity to interact with their peers and create a sense of normalcy.
