The results of my big five personalities are a score of 22 for surgency, a score of 20 for agreeableness, a score of 24 for adjustment, a score of 34 for consciousness, and a score of 30 for openness to experience. My strongest dimension is consciousness which I believe is a correct assessment as I am flexible and intelligent. My weakest dimension Is agreeableness, which I also agree with since I am not fully self-aware.
My results of the motive profile self-assessment are 34 for the need for achievement, 22 for the need for power, and 20 for the need for affiliation. My understanding of my motive profile can be useful as a social worker because I understand that my need for achievement which has to do with being goal-oriented, seeking challenge is one of my strong suits, and my need for affiliation which is a low score shows me what areas of my leadership profile that I need to work on. Being aware of my leadership profile I can be a better social worker because I know where I would work best and what my strong qualities and traits are.
My self-assessment score 2-6 is that I am 95 points ethical. This means that the questions that were asked in the assessment, that I would handle the situation in an ethically correct way instead of being unethical.
I will use this information moving forward as a social worker because these assessments are making me more self-aware, which is an essential trait as a social worker. It is also showing me what I need to become more confident in and pay more attention to while I am working.
