Research Question: How can incorporating art and movement improve student comprehension?

Originally, I had wanted to solely research how art improved student comprehension. I quickly realized after a few weeks in a 3rd grade classroom, that students need for movement is equally as important as incorporating art. Movement is a form of art, so I decided to research both movement and art increases student comprehension. Throughout the semester, I quickly realized how art and movement has an extreme influence over students comprehension. Giving the students any way to express themselves will benefit them over completing a black and white worksheet.
