I believe that every student is capable and able to learn and grow using their creativity. Each student is unique in their own ways, and that is just another reason why they are so special. I believe that students need an encouraging and safe classroom where they can use their creativity and incorporate arts into their educational environment.

In my future classroom there will be the incorporation of arts because I believe that allows the students to use their imagination and express themselves without the use of words. Hands on activities will be used daily to add to their cognitive success. Technology is another item that will be used and incorporated into my classroom. It is important that the students use and learn about the technology, but not too much as I don’t want it to become distracting. My role in the classroom is to act as a role model for the students and for them to be able to trust me with anything going on in their lives. I wish to be more than just a “teacher”, but an encouraging, compassionate, and kind teacher that wants the best for all of them!
