During the 2018 winter session, I studied abroad in England for ANTH 351 (Archaeology of England Prehistoric, Roman, Medieval). I chose this course and location because i have always been interested in learning about history and England is one of the best places for observing thousands of years of human history unfold. We visited massive cathedrals and ancient roman walls in London, and ventured out amazing prehistoric sites like Stonehenge. I really enjoyed not only learning about the history of the people who once walked the lands but also to embrace myself in the culture of England and its current inhabitants.
