MATH 171

I took this class in Spring, 2020 of my freshman year at Longwood University. This class generally came easy to me because I had previous statistics courses in high school, so I had often seen a lot of information that this course went over. However, through this course I was able to go more in depth in statistics and focus in on why the statistical tests are important and mainly the importance of them. This was one of the courses I was taking when we were sent home as a result of COVID-19 and it was more difficult to understand the new aspects of statistics that I had never learned before online. What was different in this course that I was not used to was writing a statistics report. While it is similar to writing a science report, there are certainly different components than I was used to. This course provided a lot of background knowledge that I needed for MATH 301. Below I have linked the statistics report for MATH 171.
