My name is Lydia Williamson, I attend Longwood University where I am pursing my bachelor’s in social work. I have always wanted to serve and give back to my community and have a career where I could work with people in hopes to make a difference.

Throughout this class I have learned how to motivate co-workers and employees with my own leadership style. With this class I have become confident in my ability to work in groups and lead a group. I will continue to accomplish my mission statement to continue using my voice and my leadership skills to make positive changes in my community.
