My name is Lydia Williamson, and I will be graduating from Longwood University in May. I am currently interning for District 9 Probation and Parole and am working towards earning 500 hours. I have been provided with many opportunities, including supervising my own caseload of 50 probationers. After graduation I plan to join the work force and start my career. I hope that my first career experience will provide me with the knowledge and the skills to one day be able to serve my own community in the same compacity.
