Dr. Fortino taught Spring 2016 Biology 122.  This class was extremely challenging, and required us to think at a very high level.  At the end of the class Dr. Fortino admitted he taught the class to a degree of a Graduate level class.  We were assigned about four-five take home exams of which we were given a week to complete each exam.  The exams were formatted so questions were answered in an essay format.  This class was definitely the first class of my college career that made me have to really dig in, and stretch myself to completely grasp the information.
