Description: This is an assignment that I did regarding ways people can still learn from nature and in nature, even with the restrictions and risk that covid bares.

Reflection: I took recr 420 my junior year. I did not plan on taking this class, but I needed to fill the honors requirement, and I didn’t know what class would fit with my schedule, so I asked Dr. Znosko to help me, and I was extremely happy with the outcome. This class is one of my top favorite classes, outside of my major. If I hadn’t asked for help, and if I wasn’t placed in this class, I would have missed out on so many things. I really enjoyed the assignments, and the projects that Professor Dolence assigned. We were told to pick a spot in nature to observe over the course of the semester, and document the changes. We also created lesson plans for various age groups involving getting them engaged in nature and stepping out of their comfort zones. I created numerous YouTube videos for viewers to learn something from the nature around them, even with the covid guidelines.
