Research and Critique was a fantastic class, and it really helped me to get comfortable presenting and being prepared to answer any questions asked of my work, even if I was not prepared for the question. While this time it did not soothe my anxieties for Assessments, but having gotten through one ok the next ones I should be more comfortable with. We had two major projects, with this being part of our first. We researched an everyday object in a group to create a concept map, a timeline, and either two storyboards or posters depending on our chosen paths. With our object being newspapers, I storyboarded two commercial shorts that in theory would be used to promote an exhibit on the item. It was a lot of fun to work on and the final products came out looking wonderful.
