(Artifact: Research Paper about the Beatles 11/22/19)

The two areas I struggled with in most of my academic career are writing and music. This music paper was probably the most difficult paper I have had to write. I developed an interesting respect for the history of Rock. Listening quizzes were a main part of the class and they helped train my ears to actually listen for different instruments. I never paid much attention to songs prior to this class. Ultimately, History of Rock has definitely brought me out of my comfort zone. Even though I wasn’t in love with the class, it definitely gave me a sense of perspective which I had never really thought of before. This class made me a better student overall.
