CSDS 290: Morphology and Syntax

In this course, I learned about the grammar and structure of language. This course provided the vocabulary and concepts necessary to analyze the structure of a person’s oral or written communication as it relates to language development. Since this is an important aspect of speech-language pathology, I chose to take a split section of this course. To do so, I collected a language sample and performed lexical diversity and syntactic analyses. This project provided me with an opportunity to build competence in a task that is often required of SLPs.

The artifact included here is a copy of the lexical diversity data analysis.
