I am always interested in mentoring committed students. My lab conducts field-based, quantitative investigations into freshwater community and ecosystem ecology.

I do not require any prior training to apply for positions in my lab but students that join the lab should be excited for the opportunity to read and discuss literature,  work in the field, and learn current statistical and analytical methods.

Opportunities for student research in my lab exist during the school year through the BIOL 497 and ENSC 497 courses.
