History 125: World History I

Instructor: Dr. Cantrell

This paper was for Dr. Cantrell’s History 125 course. The paper is about the traveler, Ibn Battuta, and the similar and different aspects of the Islamic culture that he encountered throughout his journeys.

This was the only paper for the class, which made the task of completing it both challenging and simple. The paper was on a book about Ibn Battuta, a great traveler, and had two prompts to choose from. This paper shows my ability to organize a paper and provide evidence to back up my argument. By writing this paper, it showed how well I can defend my argument on a specific topic. In the future, I hope to be able to use my ability to organize a paper and also strengthen it as well.
