Pierson’s Correlation

Correlations

The Pearson Correlation is used to determine what correlation two variables have with each other. The two variables used in this report are two interval ratio variables, ranked from 0-10(0 being not at all and 10 being very). The first variable asks the respondent “How  satisfied are you with your overall  college experience this semester?”. The second variable asks the respondents “How much do you think involvement on campus has been affected?”. The correlation that was run on R-studio shows the r being -.19. That being a weak negative correlation, r is not significant, and the null hypothesis is accepted.
