So much has changed in the short span of a few years – not even a full 4 (we did it!) – we are graduating a semester early with a major in Environmental Science! We’ve also got a minor in GIS which we probably didn’t even know existed back in 2018/19! And, one of our greatest accomplishments is that we got into graduate school! At Virginia Tech! I couldn’t have done it without my boyfriend of now 2 years (another big and amazing change!). He has been there for me through everything and helped me search for and find graduate programs based on what he knows I love about Environmental science! I will be pursuing my master’s in environmental engineering, combining two areas I have always had a huge interest in! I am so excited to see what this next chapter in my life has to bring. I’ve always been wary of change but throughout my college experience I’ve come to realize that change is essential to progress and to success.
