The expectation of the formal report was to analyze three different websites in order to give recommendations to another company as to how they can improve their website. All course objectives were achieved in this assignment. The assignment was too big for any one person to handle, so our team had to collaborate and effectively distribute the workload to make it a manageable amount. It also required properly written and formatted business letters, and an in-depth analysis of websites. One of the things I was tasked with was creating the graphs that supported our data, which helped me become more proficient in using Excel and Word. I was also tasked with formatting and polishing up our final document. This helped my professional writing because I had to go over and check for any and all grammatical errors. Also I had to take three different writing styles and make them all flow into one cohesive paper. The presentation of the report improved my ability to use different types of media to present information and helped me with my formal presentation abilities.
