Reflection:
These letters satisfy course outcome number one, analyze and produce writing genres commonly found in the professional world (e.g., business, gov., media), as business letters are very common in the workplace. They were very helpful in giving an insight as to how someone should actually go about addressing problems in the workplace, whether with a client/customer or a coworker.
