Goal 5 Functions and Graphs
Math 121: functions and graphs, taught me a great deal about how to plan for the future. For the entire second half of the semester my professor, Dr. Wears, made it his personal mission to teach us the importance of planning for retirement. All of our math problems revolved around different strategies for investment and we even wrote an essay that explained the importance of investment. Before taking this course I had never thought a great deal about my future. I tend to only focus on what is directly in my line of sight and I never think about my life after retirement. Dr. Wears taught me that it is never too soon to plan for retirement. In fact, the sooner a person starts the better their life becomes. This is the essay that I and a classmate wrote for our final grade.
