Improvement between the parent and child was predicted based on how well the family enjoyed the activity. Both variables were asked on a 0-10 scale. The findings indicated that there was a strong positive correlation (r=.687) between parent/child relationship and how well the family enjoyed the activity. The more the family enjoyed the activity, the more it improved the parent and child relationship. The researcher does not know if this would be true in a larger population setting.
