Year 1

I did a lot of community service during my time this year, and even though it was sadly not very much with the Honors College, it was still opportunities I found around Farmville. I worked with Habitat for Humanity a few times with organizing, cleaning up, and other things for their Pig Roast and awards for their HFH workers. With the LCVA, I did some touring for little children towards the end of the year. I went to FACES a few times to aid in either carting people’s groceries to their cars, or sorting the foods to make sure the people got food that wasn’t spoiled.

But I do wish I did a little more, and I wish I did more with the Honors College. I only did one or two small things with HSA. I’d like to utilize my time a little better than I did this year.
