In this class, we evaluated western civilization through nonfiction novels. As my only college history class, this was one of my favorite general education classes. Our teacher Dr.Holliday, was very insightful but also allowed s to come up with our own conclusions about how parts of history happened. This is the final paper I wrote in this class written on the book No god but God. It’s purpose is to explain the different factions of Islam and how these factions came about. The assignment was to explain what people should know about the religion of Islam if the author of the book, No god but God, was giving a presentation.
