About Me

I was born and raised in small-town rural Virginia with a love of life near the water. I would be more than happy to just watch the waves roll by with a radio by my side all day long. Growing up in church I fell in love with community service and even left the country for the first time with them on a mission trip. When I heard about Longwood and all the opportunities I would get here and in the Honors College, I knew there was no better option anywhere else. With my Physics and Engineering degrees, I intend to start an engineering company that manufactures renewable energy resources. This has always been a dream of mine since it couples with my belief in leaving things better than I found them like our beautiful planet.
