My name is Ayanna Seward, I am a Health and Physical Education major with a concentration in Health Promotion at Longwood University.  I chose to study health promotion because the health and well-being of the human population goes unnoticed a lot of times. I’ve always questioned my decision after enrolling into this program because I have always desired becoming a nurse. But when things did not go as planned faculty at Longwood helped me find a major that would best suite me and I can say that they did a good job.
