This course is unlike any course I have ever taken. Being half online, half in person was a bit confusing at first but ended up being the best way to do this course. I would learn the exercises and activities by myself through videos and instructions and then go into the gym and practice these skills. Everything in this course is useful in everyday life since exercise and stretching is something that people do or should do very frequently even if it isn’t specifically for a workout. This course was a great side class to my other classes to be able to learn something different than usual college classes that I can use for the rest of my life and have fun while in class.
Below is one of the lab worksheets I had to fill out prior coming to class that week. I had to learn and perform multiple different exercises and write out short instructions so I can remember how to do them as well as any modifications I needed to do in order to perform the exercises correctly.
