This individual development plan was intended to help me discuss my short and long-term goals as well as list the knowledge and skill required to achieve these goals. Also, what experiences am i able to do to help work towards these goals. It is good to list some of the people involved in helping with these goals because it shows credibility as well as understanding who can possibly help you in the near future.

Contingency Plan: Work as a wildlife conservation officer. This would be similar to my goal career, but it wouldn’t be as demanding.
