Bio 250 was a class taught by Professor Alvarez. This course focused a lot on lab and chemistry type of work. We worked a lot with DNA and DNA sequencing within our labs which was a main focus for our research and a focus for our projects for the showcase. Although it may seem confusing, the paper below is a snip of a DNA sequence that I had tested for the blue/brown eyes trait. I used this to distinguish a heterozygous and a homozygous trait within the DNA sequence.
