Goal 11 – PHED 101
After taking this course online over the Summer of 2017, I am now more motivated to get myself into the gym and keep a healthier diet. I learned multiples exercises to help me get in shape as well as nutrition techniques to keep healthy while I work out. I also realized that I should stretch every part of my body because there are parts that are stiff and need to be relaxed through stretching. I hope to continue to work out and get back at a healthy weight.
