Introduction to Psychology
In this class, I applied the scientific method to a new type of science that I had not been introduced to yet. We learned about the parts of the brain, the sleep cycle, and why people act the way that they do. This class was the beginning of my psychology minor. I took PSYC 101 to determine if I wanted to pursue a psychological career in the criminal justice system. I did enjoy what I learned, even though it was a challenge at some points. There was a lot of information to learn. It felt overwhelming sometimes but the new information that I learned fascinated me and convinced me to add Psychology onto my degree as a minor.
