Student experience at the Cormier Honors College is not limited to Scholarship. One of the other two pillars promoted by the Honors College is Service, particularly service in the Longwood community.

Honors promotes service in general and particularly through the Honors Student Association (HSA) at Longwood.

Personally, I have sought to fulfill the service portion of the Honors mission through work with HSA and another organization, Beyond the Numbers, both of which work locally in Farmville.
