Here we have a press release I have created for an imaginary restaurant opening soon. This document required persuasion, as well as informative details. In professional writing, a press release is created to inform an audience of a product or service while also putting that product or service in a positive light. A press release is not meant to sell a product or service. It was challenging to create a document that put this restaurant in a positive light without including vocabulary that displayed bias.
