Throughout my first year at Longwood, I have attempted to stay engaged in my courses and provide myself with extra learning opportunities. I attend talks on various topics in order to enrich my knowledge. I make sure to devote my time to perfecting my course material and creating the best work possible to go along with that. I believe that we should not just learn to get a degree, we should always be seeking out ways to learn to grow as a person.
