In this section titled Program Development one can find the different phases of the activity and see step by step how the activity was created as well as the supplies that were needed to complete this activity. Each phase consist of different information about the activity that was created by Longwood’s Sociology Perceptive Childhood/Parenting class. The activity that was created was sent out to the Head Start Program in three county’s which were Prince Edward County. Nottoway County, and Cumberland County. Head Start is an educational program made for families who are seen to be in a lower SES. This program allows kids to get a jump start with their education.
