The Spring Semester of 2020 has brought on many challenges with the novel COVID-19 disrupting our in person learning just halfway through our last semester as freshman in college. For English 165, I decided to take it as an honors course in hopes to develop my knowledge of how to properly write for any type of college course and let me tell you I was not disappointed! Professor Green was great and really helped me with any struggles that I had. If I had any doubt about something I knew I could turn to her and she would be there to help. Transitioning to online we lost that face to face discussions which made me struggle a little because I am more of a hands on learner but not being in the classroom limited me during this time. Professor Green did a great job at making sure we were all comfortable with the assignments and our main focus was the Academic Article which is our final project for the class. It was an encompass of everything we learned and how we can apply it to where we are headed with the rest of our college careers.
For my artifact I decided to attach just that Academic Article to show how far I came as a writer throughout my Spring semester of freshman year and I am really happy with how it came out. I know it is not perfect but that is where I know I need to grow!
