I took Education 245 with all of the Nursing honors students and it was honestly super helpful that we were all in there together. This class was super fun and I think because I had previous knowledge of most of the topics we were discussing it lead me to get better grades on tests and quizzes but also solidify information that I previously encountered. Throughout the course we learned about child development basically from right when a baby is conceived to the time that they die and everything in between. We also looked at the psychological sides of things and recognized different types of theories associated with the way we learn and develop. One highlight from this course was being able to associate the information that we were learning with how it was going to make us better Nurses. If we were thrown into a class with a bunch of honors kids we would not of been able to fully understand our part in it.
The artifact I chose to incorporate is my Three Ages Project research paper! From this we were given the assignment to look at three different age groups and compare and contrast them to recognize how each were different and where the similarities were through questions that we had to come up with.
