Community is a big part to me in honors.  We are a small community within the big community of Longwood.  We cultivate this community by interacting with each other in the honors dorm and in our all honors classes.  This community is one we can all fall back on when needed and we are always welcomed. It makes it easier to walk into a class on the first day knowing at least one other person because you met them at the honors retreat.
